Attribution
It is not allowed to remove the watermark. Also, always mention my name and website (preferably hyperlinked) in a credit with the photo.
Non-Commercial
It is not under any circumstances allowed to use my photos for any commercial purpose. In most cases I don't make money with the photos so neither should you.
No Derivatives
It is not under any circumstances allowed to make modifications to the photos. This includes both the photo as well as the EXIF data stored in the image file.
If you desire to publish some of my photos on your website, blog or MySpace, please go ahead. Don't hesitate to tell me about it.
